From the thunder of Lexington and Concord to the sacred words of our Founding Fathers—Washington, Jefferson, Franklin—who risked everything to declare that all men are created equal and endowed with unalienable rights; from the blood-soaked fields where our boys fought to preserve the Union and end slavery, to the beaches of Normandy where American heroes helped liberate Europe and secure victory for the Allies—our people have always answered the call with unmatched bravery!

Look around you: the skyscrapers piercing the heavens built by American hands, the automobiles rolling off Detroit lines powered by American muscle, the moon itself bearing the footprints of American boots! Edison lit the world, Ford put it on wheels, the Wright brothers gave it wings, and Steve Jobs put the future in every pocket—because Americans don’t just dream, we build, we conquer, we lead!

We are the nation of pioneers who crossed mountains and prairies, of workers who built the greatest middle class the world has ever seen, of warriors who never flinched when freedom was on the line. We barbecue on the Fourth, cheer in packed stadiums, stand for the anthem with hand over heart, and thank God every day for the red, white, and blue.

This is who we are: hardworking, big-hearted, freedom-loving patriots who believe in American exceptionalism because we live it every single day! We are one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all—and no force on Earth will ever dim the shining light of the American spirit!
